The vault and Family
Changed your mind? Email keys@sparekey.online within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. We close the vault when we refund it, so download anything you want to keep first.
Keeper
Cancel any time and Keeper runs to the end of the year you've paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of a payment, including a renewal, email us and we'll refund that payment.
The Paper Edition and Fridge Cards
These are printed to order for you, so we can't take them back for a change of mind once they're printed. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5 to 10 business days.
