About an order
Include the email address you used at checkout. For the Paper Edition or Fridge Cards, tell us the name on the order and we'll check where it's up to.
About your vault
We can help with signing in, keyholders and how releases work. We can't see inside your vault and we can't reset your passphrase. If you've lost it, use the code on your recovery sheet: choose "Lost your passphrase?" on the sign-in page.

If someone has died and you're a keyholder, sign in and use your keyholder page. If you're not a keyholder, email us and we'll tell you what we can.
